We are Jill and Theresa! Local Realtors® right here in Simcoe County. Jill has lived in Simcoe County for 20 years, and Theresa has called Barrie home for 36 years! We have so much combined knowledge of the Barrie and surrounding areas – both in Real Estate, as well as activities and community events. We LOVE Barrie!
We are both Mothers and happily married. Jill has 3 kiddos, a handsome husband and a Golden Retriever. Theresa has grown twin girls, she is married to the love of her life and they share a Cavapoo.
Jill loves anything home décor related, going on adventures with her family, and going to the local dog parks with her dog, Grayson. Theresa loves the great outdoors. In the warmer months (and even sometimes in the cooler ones too!), you can find Theresa and her husband camping in Ontario, and travelling the world to find the best spots for hiking.
Jill and Theresa love what they do. They love helping families through this chapter of their lives, and helping them find a house to call home. It is so important to work with a Realtor® that you trust and are comfortable around.

Theresa Kerr - Broker
Theresa started Real Estate in 2008 and was the former managing broker for Century 21 BJ Roth, with 10 offices, 250 agents and 40 staff. A well rounded individual, Theresa is also a Professional Property Stager Consultant, an Accredited Seniors Agent and attended Harvard University to study Human Resources.
Outside of Real Estate, Theresa is an avid member of the community. She and her husband hold the Guinness world record for the worlds longest hug, fundraising money for Juvenile Diabetes Research. Theresa is a former special needs teacher, and Easter Seals holds a large part of her heart. She is a 5 time Golden Heart Award & Service Award Recipient for Easter Seals.
When she is not working, Theresa loves to spend her spare time camping in the great outdoors and travelling!
Jillian Lynch - Realtor®
Jillian started Real Estate in 2018 after giving birth to her second child. With a love of architecture, design and working with others - Real Estate was the perfect next step in Jillian's professional life.
Jillian was the President Elect for the 2022 Barrie and District Association of Realtors, where she also chaired the Government and Community Relations Committee.
Outside of Real Estate, Jillian loves spending time in the community. She has run many successful community events, with a focus of ensuring that women and children have warm clothing in the colder months of the year.
The most important thing to Jillian is her family, being a strong woman for her children to look up too and a caring, supportive partner to her husband. She is a fierce Realtor and a caring friend who always makes sure that others in her life are taken care of and looked after.
